Things to Know

So, you’re ready to try gymnastics!

Here’s what you need to know:

Registration: Fill out the registration form and pick your class! Once we receive your completed registration (one per child please) and registration fee of $30.00 per family (annual) , we’ll make sure we have a space for you! Please keep in mind that the registration fee is non-refundable.

Tuition: All fees are based on a 4 week month, charged monthly and are due before the 10th of each month without a late fee. We accept only cash and check.  Please make all checks payable to: Willow Tree Gymnastics. Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.  If you are paying by cash and would like a receipt, please contact a staff member. If there are 2 or more children in one family taking classes, you will receive a 10% discount the youngest child. Please put all payments in the tuition box in the office window with your child’s class and name in the memo or on an envelope so your payment is processed correctly.

What you should wear: Girls, leotards are the best. However a t-shirt and shorts work, as long as they are not too baggy. Boys, t-shirt and shorts. FOR YOUR SAFETY: all long hair should be pulled back, no socks, no jewelry, and no jeans!

Weather: If Latrobe School District is closed or has an early dismissal due to hazardous conditions, then Willow Tree Gymnastics is also closed. Morning delays will result in NO morning classes. Closings will also be posted on our website.

Make Ups: The best class for your child is their assigned class, however if your gymnast is sick, you have an emergency or just can’t make it one week, please call before the regularly scheduled class. You have 2 weeks from your missed class to make up the class, otherwise you lose that class.

Parents: You are, of course, permitted to stay and watch your child’s class from the Parent room’s viewing windows. Please keep in mind the following rules:

  • No coaching from the viewing area please.
  • No one is permitted into the gym area (including the preschool room) unless invited and escorted by a coach or office personnel.
  • Please refrain from blocking the doorways.
  • It is recommended that you leave other children who are not participating in class at home. If you choose to bring them, they must stay in the viewing area and must be supervised at all times.

Students: You are not permitted on any equipment without a coach’s supervision. All gymnasts are asked to follow the three R’s: Respect your coach, Respect others, Respect yourself. Horseplay will not be tolerated, someone could get hurt! Any student who is acting in an inappropriate manner will be asked to leave. Continued misconduct will be cause for dismissal from the program.

Any questions or concerns, please communicate with your child’s coach!
