We now offer three Party Packages to fit every budget!  All packages include age appropriate games and activities supervised by members of the Willow Tree coaching staff.  Your child’s next birthday or special event can be hassle free by choosing one of the following options:

BUDGET PARTY

Cost  $100.00 for up tot 10 kids (over 10 is $8 more per child)

Includes  Two hour gym rental and party room, games and activities, prep of the party area, and seating for friends at tables

You Provide  decorations, cake, food, drinks, plates, cups, napkins, table coverings, and utensils

STANDARD PARTY

Cost  $150.00 for up to 10 kids (over 10 is $9 more per child)

Includes  Two hour gym rental and party room, games and activities, complete party area prep with colorful decorations, table coverings, seating, plates, cups, napkins, and utensils

You Provide  cake, food, and drinks

DELUXE PARTY

Cost  Call for menu and menu selections

Includes  everything you need for a totally hassle free party.. the two hour rental of gym and party room, games, decorations, table coverings, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, seating, cake, and selections from our food and beverage menu of kids favorites – that will be prepared and delivered to your party.

How Do I Book A Party At Willow Tree?

Call the gym to speak with our party coordinator, Lisa.  She will talk to you about the option you are interest in and you can decide which works best for your party needs.  Most parents agree that planning and hosting a party can be a lot of work.  A Willow Tree Party will take the stress out of entertaining and planning your next celebration!
