Private lessons are in high demand.  We require that you commit to a minimum of 10 weekly classes.  You may miss a maximum of 2 classes during the ten weeks for make-up purposes.

If you will miss a lesson, you must call the gym 24 hours prior to your scheduled time (unless you private is Monday - then you must call on Saturday) to prevent being charged for that lesson. 
Remember, Willow Tree still has to pay that coach when you don't show up!

All coaches are extremely qualified.  Your child may grow to prefer the coach she normally has for class.  However, we reserve the right to provide a substitute in special circumstances.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time in order to stretch and warm-up before class
