From Route 30 take Route 981 North into Latrobe.  Make a right on Jefferson Street.  Continue on Jefferson (it becomes one-way).  Make a left onto James Street.  Gym is one block on the right.

From 981 North of Latrobe.  Travel South on 981 into Latrobe.  Turn left onto Lincoln.  Make right onto James.  Gym is on the corner of Ligonier and James Streets.
