IMPORTANT INFORMATION

RECREATIONAL & PRE-SCHOOL 
TUITION SCHEDULE

September 2011 through May 2012

Tuition is paid on a monthly basis: 

    55 minute classes      $48/month

    40 minute classes      $36/month

    25 minute classes      $24/month

Once your child is registered for a specific class, that spot in the class is yours until you notify us otherwise.  Payment for the month is due no later than the last day of class in the prior month to avoid a $5.00 late fee.  A $30.00 registration fee, per family, is due at time of sign up.   

Make up for missed classes can be scheduled with the office.  Our philosophy here at Willow Tree Gymnastics & Cheer is that you are guaranteed the number of classes you paid for.  If you have any questions regarding tuition or policies, please ask!

Our private lessons rate are as follows:

Private lessons (1 student):

Semi-private (2 students):

                           60 minutes                      $19.00/ student        $ 34.00/ student

Semi-private (3 or more students):
                           30 minutes                      $ 7.50/ student          $15.00/ student

                           60 minutes                      $15.00/ student         $30.00/ student

All coaches are extremely qualified.  Your child may grow to prefer the coach she normally has for class.  However, we reserve the right to provide a substitute in special circumstances.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time so that your child may properly stretch out before the class begins.

If you will miss a class, you must call the gym 24 hours prior to your scheduled time (unless your private is Monday and then you must call Saturday so we can inform your coach) to prevent being charge.  Remember that we still have to pay our coaches if you don’t show up!

We also offer Birthday Parties, Cheer Camps, & Back Handspring Clinics.
